This project pays tribute to the Outlook tower concept developed by the famous researcher Patrick Geddes in the 19th century. The diversity of the Cordoba region environments is manifested in the creation of 3 typical gardens set up at the 3 access points of the cultural block heart.

The exhibitions spaces of the Architecture Foundation are organized according to 3 thematic levels: Materials on the 1rst floor, Architecture on the 2nd floor, City on the 3rd floor. This superimposition principle creates a new access to the block heart in the form of a porch and a series of outside spaces with a difference in height.
